My lumia 920's screen broke after a fall. I want it repaired but is it still worth the expense?

I got this phone three years ago. I won it in a competition which is part of the reason why I'm so emotionally attached to it.
As I said, I want it repaired because everytime I look at the phone now I feel sad that this had to happen. I was planning to use the phone for another six months at least but I do wonder however wether it's still rationally worth the expense to pay for the repairs.

It's a bit of an emotion vs rationality dilemma…
Added (1). One extrathing though: the touchscreen still works, the glass is just shattered
