Irish mobile phone: Sender school?

I use old NOKIA.

My son goes to a secondary school, and my daughter goes to primary.

When there is a phone call, it shows the caller's name as I typed in.

But, when a text comes from schools, whether secondary or primary, the sender is always displayed as "school" and I never know which.

Why is this?
How can I fix it?
