How to install android apps on windows 10 mobile?

Right now I installed the windows 10 upgrade advisor and I am upgrading my lumia to windows phone 10. I really want to install snapchat and I heard that with windows phone 10 you can have google play store or something like that. Is that official? How can I do that?Is it safe?
