Windows phone Lumia 625 screen middle portion is not working. Frozen/ unresponsive?

I've been using this phone for an year now. But I'm facing this grave problem currently
Phones middle portion isn't responding at all.
It is making things very difficult.
I've tried updating, soft resetting and hard resetting as well.
But it doesn't seem to work at all.
Please help me.
