Is the Samsung Grand Prime not able to show fullscreen videos in 1080p?

I don t really care too much for phones, but was sick of my crappy Nokia not working when I needed it to, so I went phone shopping with my sister. I was originally just going to get a flip phone, but she insisted I get the grand prime, because, "It has a big screen and shows videos in 1080p". I ended up getting it, and was pretty satisfied with how well it worked compared to the Nokia Lumia, but noticed that no matter what app I was using, or whether I was watching a video on a site that let me adjust the quality, fullscreen videos never show in 10i0p. It s not really a deal breaker, but I was pretty bummed out upon discovering this, and just wanted to confirm.

I m connected to the Internet and everything, there s no limit on my data for apps and wifi, nothing to interfere with it.
