Do you know what this game is called?

In this game you had to throw a javelin further than your opponents, catch fish with a sphere, sail around an obstacle course and run across a log. It was a mobile/cellphone game possibly for Nokia or Samsung models in the late 1990's - early 2000's. I think it was based on that old Survivor game show but I've searched all over the Internet and found nothing. Any ideas?
