Why am I getting this Microsoft error code?

I have a Nokia Lumia 1020. This error code has been popping up for about two months now when I try to access the app store. I've tried deleting things to clear up storage space, as well as restarting the phone a bunch. I really don't want to have to do a hard reset. Does anyone know anything about this?
