Which is the best android smartphones within 6500 INR?

I bought lumia 535 dual sim 1month ago but very disappointed with it. Charging problem,lack of apps in store, no call recorder etc. Hence want to exchange it with a reliable long lasting(at least 3 years) android phone. Preferably from micromax or Samsung. You Can also suggest me other brand also which have good after sales service and a lots of service center. As I have just wasted 7500 INR so can't spent so much please help.

6.avarage camera
7. Dual sim,dual standby( 3G), (4g is not mandatory)
