Can I put a micro sim card into a nano sim slot?

I am buying the Lumia 930 tonight which requires a nano sim. I bought a sim card, but didn't realise it was a micro sim. Is there anyway I could put the micro sim into the phone without having to buy a replacement as it takes days and costs over £10 just for a sim. Thanks!
