Cricket Wireless Activation Problem?

Yesterday I received my Cricket Wireless SIM card that works with BYOP. While I was registering my SIM card and my Phone's IMEI, the website registered my phone as a Motorola Moto E, which is wrong, because my phone is a Nokia Lumia 635! I knew this was a problem but I thought I should call about it later after the activation. But as I tried to go to the review page, to see what the taxes were for the order, the website refused to continue to the next step! The Important Notice kept popping up on the page and would not let me continue.
Do anyone know what the problem could be? Does this mean I have to go to a Cricket Wireless Store to get it activated?
