Do you think sims in a dual sim phone can conflict?

My phone is a Nokia X1-01 (dual sim single working) which runs a virtual operator sim and a normal operator one.
It depends on the day. Some days everything works properly, some other the virtual operator occurs to be without signal. It outputs: no network coverage Many times a hour. I check it and there's no signal. I guess it's the other sim (the normal one) that "bothers" the virtual one. So I turn off for a while the normal one and wait for new signal and so on. But if I don't check the phone up the signal can be missing for much time and this is annoying.
On single sim phones everything works correctly, the signal is constant.
Any idea, any personal experience (apart from changing my device)?
