Whats better samsung galaxy core prime or microsoft lumia 640 or ipod 4th gen?

Hi guys! :) i really need to know this its real important because im getting one of these for my birthday and idk which one to get idk what to do! :( cuz ipod has 32gb and microsoft is newer but i wanna try a samsung phone so idk! :(
