Which will be best Windows or android smartphone within 7000K?

I want to buy a long lasting smartphone ( have no plan to buy new phone in coming 3 years). At present using LG-E445 android phone from last 2 years without a single problem and satisfied with the performance, but it is very difficult to find LG phone accessories, So. Now thinking about lumia. I am heavy user of smart phones so please help me a long lasting phones within 7000INR.
As I am a android user so I have no ideas of available windows app. Does clean master,call recorder, ola cabs, google maps, super backup, gmail, camscanner, naukri.com, whatsapp voice call, mobile number locator are available in windowes phone? If not is there any similar apps in windows market place? And r they free? Please help and please suggest only DUAL SIM PHONES.
