Can my Sandisk 4GB 3285C664COAS microsd HC card be fixed?o?

I had my card removed and I played music on it using a portable USB/Line/SDcard mp3 speaker player… I then switched my memory card back to my phone but it started to ask to be repaired. It would usually do so after using my phone on my pc to transfer files. I would be repaired perfectly fine but now it says "repairing failed". By the way I m using a Blackberry Curve 9320 smartphone. I have tried formating it using different phones (ZTE, AG phone, Blackberry Z10, Nokia X2-01) but the card can t be formated either.
Properties of the Card:
Size-3.6GB
Free-561.6mb (it has files on it *important ones*)
What else about it now is that I can t write on it. When I download songs to the card, it won t allow it. I can t use the files on the card. When I try to delete files individually, I get a "System Error 7" message. Please help me. Can anyone suggest any program/software I can use to restore the SD card to its former self. I don t care if I have to format it because I already have some of those files online.
