Windows phone keeps downloading something?!

Got a lumia 532 and it keeps downloading something on the phone storage. I can see what the file is nor did it ask me if I want to download it.Noticed it downloads it only if I'm on the start screen, If i enter an app it stops, also when downloading the phone freezes and usually enters the last app I used. Please help it's very frustrsting
