Why does photos taken in my lumia 640 losses its clarity after clicking?

when i see the camera in my lumia 640 the clarity is good but when i click the photo it becomes a little darker and looses its clarity… Like some auto editing is inbuilt in this phone… The video taken in this phone is good… Does anyone too experience the same problem and please help me how to correct this…
