Nokia Lumia 520 ERROR: Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shut down?

I woke up earlier to my Nokia Lumia 520 saying "ERROR: Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shut down." I ve tried restarting it and taking the battery out but nothing seems to work. I need this fixed within the next week at most. Please help
