How to not spend savings?

Hey guys! I'm 18 year old guy (19 in december this year) and I've never had a good phone in my life and whenever I tried to save up some money and buy a more expensive phone I ended up buying a cheaper used phone. Now I've decided that I want to buy an iPhone 5S, don't ask I just want one. Currently I have Nokia n95. Problem is, that my country's economics isn't quiet good and a new iPhone 5s costs 550$ and I work for $15 a day tops, I work in constructions. And I have a part time job where I deliver some kind of magazines to houses which gives me around +$30 a month. So as you see it's pretty hard to save up that kind of money but I really badly want one and I always give up. Could someone tell me how to resist? What would you do?
