Hi i am using Nokia 730 windows 8.1 & planning to switch back to android?

Hi i am using Nokia 730 windows 8.1 & planning to switch back to android but WhatsApp does not allow us to move chats from android to windows so i would like to know if there is any third party app either for phone or computer that i can use that will copy my chats on computer and once i connect my android phone it can transfer the chats to new phone if possible please let me know.
