Dropped my phone in the sea?

im on holiday currently and my phone was in my pocket. It fell into a rock pool. I got it out and dried it asap. Its been in rice for nearly two days. Its a nokia Lumia 630. Whenever I turn it off and on again it comes up with a weird symbol. A lightning bolt and a cog. I have no idea what it means. Shall I just leave it in rice for longer?
