Where is Wattpad Aap in Nokia Lumia 540?

Hi Friends,
I bought Nokia Lumia 540. http://www.windowsphone.com which is the official website of microsoft says Wattpd app is available for windows 8 and windows 8.1 phone, but I can't find wattpad in the Store. Wattpad is must for me. Since it was written in the website that the app is avaibale, I bought this phone. Is there any settings I should do?

Note: Nokia Lumia 540 is Windows 8.1 and Please do not post comments like why I didn't bought Android phone if I wanted wattpad app.
