Nokia Lumia Unable To Find Bootable Option?

Hi, recently my nokia lumia shut down by itself and when i tried to turn back on, i got an error message saying * Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shut down* So is there any way to turn it on. Please help me. Thank you
