Guys, need your advice. I have been working in Telecom sector for the past 8 years. I have worked in various areas during this 8 years time (Operations(2G) , Testing(2G and 4G) and Product Line support(2G and 4G. I spent my life with Nokia and Ericsson. Now planning to move into Non - Tech stream. What should I need to do. Should I need to go for PMP certification, will that help?
OR else should I need to go for Full Time MBa?
I don't want to be a common man. I cannot do the routine tasks everyday. I should be in some place where the Governance and Process improvements are at high. I am highly flexible with timings. I need some high level governance level where I should own some responsibilities and run the show. Not like the routine line management.
