will hard resetting my nokia lumia 920 take away my phone service. I've been wanting to update my phone to the windows 8.1 preview for developer but i have forgotten my microsoft password. I've tried to reset my pass but it just doesn't work. So i want to know is if i hard reset my phone will it take away my phone service and how would i do would i have to take out the sim card before i start to hard reset it or not.
i have at&t if it helps in any way.
