Its not that the new headset won't pair with my computer its just that every time i try connecting it with my laptop it does connect but only for a couple of seconds before disconnecting. Also i have tried a series of fixes online such as updating drivers (apparently it say i already have the latest), setting Bluetooth support service to automatic, completely uninstalling the Bluetooth driver and reinstalling it from device manager, and if that wasn't all i even went as far a factory resetting my laptop this morning but no change, not just that after the attempted fixed of Bluetooth it turns out my previous device won't connect now either…
If it helps My computer features are these,
*Compaq Presario CQ41
*Windows 10 pro 32bit processor
*Intel core i5 with Intel HD graphics
*4 GB ram
Now every time i try connecting either of the devices it keeps saying to check if the device is still discoverable and if i try connecting form "connect in the action centre" it says couldn't connect and just to be clear it was working fine just the day before yesterday before my attempts of connecting the new headset…
