Nokia Lumia 635 Sprint troubles?

I have a Nokia Lumia 635 with Sprints network and its having all kinds of trouble. I dropped it one day and it hasn't worked the same since. None of my apps work, I can't use the phone's programmed search browser. Instead, I have to type in google.com, bing.com, etc rather than typeing what I'm looking for straight into the search bar. Also, texts don't work right. I can send texts, but it won't show up in my text history. Right when I hit send, the text just disappears, but the person still receives it. Also, I don't see texts that I get. It'll give me a notification at the top of the screen, but when I go to see the full text, it shows nothing. It doesn't show my calls either. I can still send and receive calls, it just won't show up on my phone's history. Internet and everything else still works, its just the things my actual phone device is in charge of isn't working. It suddenly started working once, but my BF took my battery out and when it was turned back on everything was back to its non-working self. That's how I know it can be fixed, I just don't know how. Any ideas?
