I have a nokia lumia 920. My phone is stuck on headphone mode?

i have some bluetooth headphones and i connected them to my phone and when i disconnecteed them my phone stayed on headphones mode. Does anyone know how to make it go back to normal?

i hate windows phones lol i should of stayed with my galaxy
