Why did my Nokia Lumia 520 get bricked? And how can I fix it?

I was just turning off my phone then back on when I noticed that it didn't turn on immediately instead it took a while to turn on at first then it turned off again by its own and starting turning on again. But instead of turning on it kept going to this Blue Screen Of Death shortly after showing the NOKIA logo each time I try to turn it on.
