Which phone do you pefer? Lumia 1520 Mate 7 or the Note 3?

I'm looking to get a new phone. I'm looking between the Nokia Lumia 1520 Mate 7 and the Note 3. Which phone would you prefer I will be upgrading from the Lg G flex. I love big phones for some odd reason.
