How to remove pop ups in lumia 535 (internet explorer)?

I have my Lumia 535, when I am using internet explorer it shows there are 11 malicious virus in ur phone. Please help me to get rid of these viruses and also tell me to how to protect my phone from viruses. The virus is preventing me from going to any page, once its opened at IE, it transfer me to many other websites.
