My Lumia behaving strangely?

i dropped my phone in the beach(sand+water) for about 4-5 seconds, dired and did everything, and it the screen didnt turn on. Now the screen turns on, shows microsoft.sometimes flips and shows, sometimes the next screen also comes, once it even got on completely, and keeps vibrating every 8-10 seconds, any remedy?
