Nokia Lumia 920: Preinstalled Apps on black screen, then crashes back to Start Menu. Help?!

I've had a Nokia Lumia 920 phone since 2012. It's been working very well until the last few weeks: Pre-installed Apps such as IE, Settings, Camera, and Email open to a black screen then crash. All other apps like FB, Weather, etc work fine. Has anyone run into this problem?
