Is it worth it too get a Windows phone?

I mean, it's $39 and I'm low on money. Would it be worth it to get a windows phone? Are they good? Or should I just save up more for a normal android? I heard they don't have a lot of apps in their app store but I only need 2 really. As long as it has Ifunny and Instagram in the app store it's cool.
P.S. The phone in question is Microsoft Lumia 640.
