Is Expansys-USA a legit site to buy from?

I found a really nice tablet that I wanted, and they have it for 199$, alot less than others. The only thing I am worried about is, if I buy it, will i get it. And if I do and there is a issue with it, im concerned if they have good customer service and will replace it. They accept paypal, so I can probably use that as a saftey measure, just in case. I also plan to get a square trade warranty(because its not officially launched in US, and my brother and sister broke my previous tablet).
