Lumia 635, want to transfer sim to Moto 2nd Gen?

So I have a Lumia 635 and recently the screen cracked, the problem being it would cost more than the phones worth to fix. I've decided that I want to get a new Moto G (Second Gen) unlocked phone but I'm not sure if the sim card can just be transferred over. I'm with Rogers btw.
