I have no Idea what phone to get! Samsung or Windows?

So because I moved to Canada I have to get a new phone plan. My existing phone has been malfunctioning a lot for a while since I've had it for so long so I'm going to replace that too. It used to be so clear, I wanted the Samsung Galaxy S5. But then the S6 comes out and now Windows 10 is coming out in July! I really like Cortana and that she links the phone with the desktop if you have a windows 10 phone. But getting a windows phone is more complicated, I could probably figure it out. I think the company has the 830 available, but I can't find the 930

I would really like to have a Windows phone because of how it connects so well with my PC that I use all the time because I'm a PC gamer but I've heard the samsungs are a lot better. If I did decide on Samsung I still don't know on the S5 or S6. If I decide on Windows I don't know which one to get, there's so many. The existing ones I've seen that I like are 830 and 930. But should I wait until Windows 10 comes out for a phone designed for it or just get an existing one for this deal and have the free software update to 10? So it's between those 4 phones
