How to unlock my nokia 3360 fom cingular?

I own an old Nokia 3360 from cingular which was bought by at&t and it doesn't have service anymore. I want to unlock the phone and use it on T-mobile. Because it is not a at&t phone it doesn't have an IMEI number neither an ICC number, What do I do?
