How to save pictures from Google onto the Microsoft Lumia 640?

I just me the Microsoft Lumia 640 phone and spent ages finding how to save pictures from Google so I can practice my drawing and I still can't figure it out. I've tried holding my finger over the image for ages and nothing happens.
