Does anyone know of good phones with the Google Play store? Also how much storage is on a LG Optimus F6?

I currently have a quite crappy Nokia Lumia 521 and I'm looking for a new, reasonably priced phone with a better app store (Google Play). I'm on a budget here, so it can't get too pricey. Does anyone know of a nicely priced phone with my requirements? Also, I was looking at the LG Optimus F6 which seems o meet my requirements, but I was confused. It says 32 GB storage, but some reviews complained that it only had 1.2GB storage, which is it?
