Cannot delete files of Sandisk 32GB SD card?

Cannot delete files of Sandisk 32GB SD card?
Added (1). I have done a disk check. I have tried deleting the files using my phone and my computer. I ran a virus check on it. It is not locked. However, whenever I delete the files they come back! I got the card from my mother when she gave me her old phone a Nokia Lumia. The SD card has been used with this phone before however, all of my mothers pictures and music are still on it. No matter how many times I delete the darn files they come back!
