Nokia Lumia 530 Help! Won't Turn On?

So today when I tried to turn on my Nokia Lumia 530, it will not turn on. The only way it will even semi work is if I put it on the charger and when I do it will just show a low battery and a blinking plug.

Does anybody have experience with this and do you know how to fix it.
