Is there anyway of backing up my unresponsive Nokia Lumia 630?

Is there anyway of backing up my unresponsive Nokia Lumia 630?
Added (1). My nokia lumia 630 is telling me to try my password again in 180,589 minutes, i have repeatedly tried removing the battery and sim card, turning it on and off, and it just goes back to 180,589 minutes when i turn it on. It would appear my only option is to perform a hard reset, is there anyway of saving my contacts before doing so? Or will my windows account retain my contacts that are saved to the phone?
