Can i buy rha ma750i for lumia 930?

Hey guys
I want to purchase rha ma750 but its not available in india now…
So their is one with iphone compatible rha ma750i…
'I' denotes for inline mic and volume + - buttons…
But i dont have the iphone, so can i buy rha ma750i for sound quality only…
I used windows phone {lumia 930} and my current headset is xb70ap attached with bh-221
I dont want mic and volume controls as my bluetooth already has.
I go through every review written by experts, watch every video, and also read every comment which is on amazon.in/amazon.com…
Some people are saying they have so much fun with RHA MA750i and some are saying they do not get the proper quality in sound or have static sound or one side volume goes down within a months…
Here in India this earphones are costly 130$ means Rs 10,000 and its a big price.
So please guys help me out…
