I have a problem, and I don't know how to solve it. Recently, I purchased a Nokia Lumia, and use the company Vodafone. Now, I downloaded a couple of apps and connected to my WiFi. However, when I noticed my credit was being drained, I deleted my apps and turned my WiFi off.
The problem still hasn't resolved itself. I went to school this morning with about £7 credit on my phone. (Note; I don't take my Lumia to school and nobody uses it when I'm at school. Only person who lives with me is my Mum) when I came home and checked my balance, it was £4. I also received a text from Vodafone telling me that I am using data, which I'm not.
Please help! Is there anything I can do to resolve this situation?
