I'm going to Bosnia in less than 2 weeks, and I wanted to get a no-contract phone that I can use over there by just putting in a sim card. I take a lot of pictures, so I would like apps like Instagram to be available on it. I like the Nokia Lumia 520 Quad band; but since it's a windows phone, I've heard you can't download instagram on it, but I've also heard you can. Also, if anyone can explain to me how to use a sim card. I've never had an unlocked phone before, and well. I've actually never had a phone before.
