i'm using one nokia phone 2300. It was bought many years ago. As i got problem in the display, i approached the authorised service centre and asked them for new display. They said the part is not available as the production stopped. I'm quit disappointed, how shall they stop producing the spare parts for the products they've released. They are supposed to provide good service and spare till the lifetime of the phone. As i'm having the bill and proper documents, shall i move to consumer court to file case against the nokia company and particular service centre. Is there any option in indian law?
