I plugged in a bluetooth dongle into my toshiba laptop to transfer some files from my laptop to my nokia phone, but when i tried to transfer a file, it said 'Windows was unable to transfer some files. An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.' I tried temporarily disabling my firewall and microsoft security essentials but they didn;t work. Help please?
