should have 3g
cpu- quad core 1ghz or above
ram 1gb or more
camera. Primary 5mp or more than that
secondary atleast 1.0 mp
it should support 1080p
should not be a tft capacitive screen. Should be better than that
display size- 4.0-4.5 inches
it should have a card slot. Should not have only internal memory
should have wifi
budget- 10-16 thousand rupees.
