I first had an Iphone 4s that was to slow for me, and next I got a Windows Nokia Lumia Icon. My majo problems with it was the limited OS (such as no notification center, no battery meter, etc) and a lack of apps. Is there a phone that meets those requirments (Good hardware, OS, and software)?
