My husband is trying to download an app on his Nokia Windows 8 phone. Before it will download, the phone prompts him to enter his password for his Microsoft Outlook account. The account was set up for him when he bought the phone. He can t remember the password (we ve tried guessing). I tried using Microsoft s tool for recovering the password but it requires us to enter info about the Outlook account, like recently sent emails, but he s never used the acct and therefore doesn t have enough info to use password recovery. So, how can he download apps?
